How the subscription works
Subscriptions with monthly, bimonthly, and quarterly direct debits automatically renew, based on the delivery interval you select. The products will be automatically delivered by the store after each paid renewal.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month and you will receive the products at your home every month, without the need to place the order yourself!
Prepaid offers are not automatically renewed.
For example, if you paid for a 3 month prepaid offer you will receive a product according to the delivery interval mentioned. At the end of the prepaid term, delivery stops automatically. There will be no new collection.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes of course. You can pause or cancel a subscription at any time in your customer portal, as shown in the screenshot below. The only time the subscription cannot be canceled is if you have started a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it. For example, the monthly subscription, which requires a minimum of 2 months of subscription.
The customer portal is accessible via the link you received in the email sent to you when you first ordered a subscription. You can also access your subscriptions if you have created an account on our site.
How do I schedule or reschedule a bill?
You can place or postpone an invoicing in your customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a " Skip " or " Skip payment" button, which you can use to skip paying the invoice. You can reschedule the charges by clicking the " Reschedule" or " Reschedule" button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in your customer portal. Simply click the Edit button in the product page and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.
What happens if the payment cannot be processed?
If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link where you can update your payment method securely.
